I found the solution in a blog someplace and it worked, not only that but it allows you to get their Basic version for $9.99 instead of $14.99. ![]() I asked for a supervisor while searching for the answer myself. I tried to downgrade to Basic.Īfter an hour on the line with tech support they finally told me you can't downgrade versions and that I would have to create a new user ID which means I can't import previous tax info automatically. I stupidly clicked the "Deluxe" link and started my return only to realize their "Deluxe" version isn't the one I normally used (cheapest).
